This 100,000-square-foot, 7-level office tower was constructed on GTAP-secured premises, necessitating a high degree of security and architectural aspects both inside and out.  The scale of the building footprint as well as high lift floors the technology needs and the need to achieve LEED Gold certification were all factors that made this project both challenging and yet a huge success.
