3 Civic Plaza has 57 floors of mixed business and residential space, a 25-story hotel, and a 6-story parkade. Established to be the tallest tower in Surrey, this structure incorporates a creative addition of an architectural guitar pick. This project needed dedicated workers to work outside of regular hours to fulfill the needs of outside stakeholders and to avoid service interruptions for SkyTrain riders.
